A Unique Approach to Coaching


Before beginning my career in Sport Psychology, I coached high school and college football. I was surrounded by coaches who would give anything to see their players succeed. The best staffs I was a part of understood the complementary goals of improving on-field performance and off-field development of the athletes.

As I studied Performance Psychology, it became clear to me that there were several psychology and counseling techniques that would be applicable to coaching, and that coaches could experience immediate and significant improvements by simply learning about the mental health and performance struggles their athletes are facing.

This is what makes this course unique. An approach using a combination of coaching, Performance Psychology, and Mental Health Counseling is proposed in order to help each individual in the program reach their full potential on and off the field.
