My Mental Playbook (2018) is an interactive book designed to help young athletes begin to incorporate mental skills into their routine and play styles. The book provides an introduction on Sport Psychology, then introduces mental skills an athlete can use before, during, and after performance. Activities that can be done after each chapter culminate into an opportunity to create a personalized "playbook" of mental skills that can be used as needed.
